Buying shoes will never be the same. Outlet stores and discount shoe stores have popped up all over the retail world in recent years. You can go looking on discount racks and find all kinds of great deals. But let's face it - who has the time to drive all over the county to hit two shoestores in hopes of finding that great deal? When Zappos, one of our featured merchants, hit the online scene, it hit BIG TIME. They have an unsurpassed selection and are constantly having one sale or another. We selected them because we love their free shipping and price protection
policy.

Online shopping tips |
Know your size! If you know your size and understand fit, than you'll have a GREAT time shopping for shoes online. If you don't, you'll need to look at the return policy. Almost every store out there will allow you to return unused product if you're not satisfied. The thing to make sure of is that you understand that you may have to pay a restock fee, or some other charge to return an item that doesn't fit. The merchants we selected for DressGood.com typically avoid these practices, but make sure you skin the return policy nonetheless.

Fashion tips |
Square toes. When they first arrived on the scene it was a fashion trend mostly kept to the metrosexuals in the city. But is spread. For a while there, you couldn't find a decent pair of men's dress shoes that didn't have some ridiculous shape. Even the womens shoes started down this path. Thank goodness that this style seems to be on its was out. Or at a minimum it is being replaced by a less striking example of the square toe. Just remember - sneakers are for running and jumping. Shoes are for jeans and pants. And most importantly, nobody wants to see any man's toes on an airplane - cover those things up!
